Aeropress

The AeroPress is great for experimenting with different brewing techniques, simple to use and easy to clean. A great choice for all types of coffee.

  1. Assemble the Aeropress with the filter, run hot water over it to rinse out the paper flavor, and warm up the brewer.
  2. Add 15g of coffee and place the Aeropress in your favorite mug.
  3. Pour in 250g of water at 90-94c and stir.
  4. Insert the rubber tip of the Aeropress piston loosely into the bottom to prevent the coffee from dripping into the mug too quickly.
  5. Let it sit for 1 minute before removing the piston and stirring.
  6. Insert the piston and press gently so that the piston is lowered in about 45 seconds.

Drip or V60

The Drip or V60, which we love for its simplicity and ease of use, is our preferred brewer and is best for making crisp, clean brews with great clarity.

  1. Rinse the filter with boiling water to remove the paper taste and heat the brewer.
  2. Measure 15g of coffee per 250ml of water and pour into the wet filter.
  3. Add enough water to slightly moisten the coffee in the filter and wait for a moment.
  4. Add the rest of the hot water gradually, keeping the brewing unit half full at all times. Try to do this with a narrow stream of water.
  5. The brewing should finish after about 5 minutes.

Espresso machine

We think an espresso machine is the best thing in the world! Espresso is an Italian-style black coffee, which is also the basis for cappuccinos, lattes and other coffees.

  1. Fill the portafilter basket to the brim with coffee.
  2. Using a tamper, press the coffee evenly. Don't tamp it too hard, just make sure it is pressed evenly.
  3. Place the portafilter in the head of the coffee maker.
  4. The water should pour like liquid honey from a spoon, changing color from dark brown to pale blonde and getting thinner in the process - this is when you should stop the water. This will last between 25 and 30 seconds, resulting in 40-50 ml of espresso.

French Press

The French Press is a classic brewer that prepares large, flavorful brews with minimal effort and is a great choice for a variety of coffee types.

  1. Measure 60 g of coarsely ground coffee per liter of water and pour into a heated French Press.
  2. Pour enough boiled water to lightly cover all the beans, stir and leave for half a minute.
  3. Remove any floating bean particles and push the plunger all the way through.

Moka pot

In our opinion, the moka pot helps you get strong, deep and balanced coffee, making it perfect for Americano lovers, and it's also easy to pack up and take with you, anywhere.

  1. Fill the basket insert loosely to the brim with ground coffee, don't tamp it down, just tap it to settle evenly.
  2. Fill the base with water below the safety valve and cap it firmly.
  3. Place over high heat.
  4. Wait for the coffee to start flowing out of the center hole and remove from heat at the first sign of splashing.
