Mongrel Coffee: A balanced coffee that combines delicate sweetness with caffeine strength and a light vinous aroma. Brasilia Santos paired with Brasilia Conillon robusta.

Border collie: An intense coffee with strong unobvious accents. Provides a wide range of flavors from almond to orange. Sourced using the pulped natural Brasilia Yellow Bourbon method.
