Our Border Collie is a hand-selected collection of Arabica beans. By pre-peeling the coffee cherries from their skins and then drying them along with the pulp on sunny slopes, the coffee has developed an incredible sweetness. It offers a whole range of flavor notes. The discerning coffee drinker will detect notes of chocolate, almond, orange, and even floral and caramel!
